American Eagle Gold Coin
The official United States Mint bullion coins that have been manufactured since 1986 come in collector versions called American Eagle Gold Coins. One ounce, one-half ounce, one-quarter ounce, and one-tenth ounce are the four sizes that are offered. 91.67 percent (22-karat) gold is present in every American Eagle Gold Proof Coin.
